The
50W R projector by Lanzini Illuminazione has given new light to the Basilica of Saints Cosma and Damiano, one of the most visited churches in Rome, in via dei Fori Imperiali. In particular, the apsidal mosaic, dating back to the year 530 and considered one of the most important in the history of art, is now fully exploited and can be admired for its excellent state of conservation. The Lanzini projectors were also used for lighting the altar of the presbytery and for the beautiful painted and gilded coffered ceiling with the emblem of the Barberini and the Gloria dei Santi titolari.
